中紀委發威 40分鐘開除3官黨籍

中共反腐在7月31日密集開鍘，短短40分鐘內連續發布內蒙古政協前副主席趙黎平、南京市委前書記楊衛澤、雲南省委前副書記仇和三人被開除黨籍，三人均涉嫌收受鉅額賄賂；楊衛澤、仇和被指無視黨的政治規矩和組織紀律，趙黎平則嚴重違反黨的政治規矩和組織紀律，成為大陸第一個被以「故意殺人罪」逮捕的省部級官員。

中共中紀委通報指出，內蒙古政協前副主席趙黎平利用職務之便為他人謀取利益、收受禮金，非法持有槍支、彈藥，與他人通姦，經公安機關偵查，趙黎平涉嫌故意殺人罪。

環球網曾報導，趙黎平於3月20日開車追殺一名27歲女子，殺害後並帶至荒山焚屍掩埋，內蒙古公安廳調查指出，趙黎平蓄謀已久、精心策畫，中紀委通報後，趙黎平成為中共建政以來首位涉嫌故意殺人的省部級官員。仇和則是在今年兩會結束後被宣布違紀接受調查，過去曾被賦予清廉形象，其涉貪被指與浙江商人劉衛高有關，罪名中「為親屬的經營活動謀取利益」，是第二次出現在落馬省部級官員身上。

楊衛澤則被指，無視黨的政治規矩和組織紀律，隱瞞不報個人有關事項，收受禮金，收受鉅額賄賂；嚴重違反中央八項規定精神，多次出入高檔酒店和私人會所。
